Job summary
One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy spanning Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more. You will own end-to-end product initiatives, partner with engineering, design, operations, data/analytics, and commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.
You will drive revenue growth and efficiency while balancing user needs and technical feasibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of product management experience in tech/SaaS.
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch.
- Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify customer needs through research and data analysis.
- Prioritize features and roadmaps with technical feasibility in mind.
- Translate needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales for launches.
- Track KPIs to measure product impact and ROI.
- Lead or partner with other PMs as needed.
