Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to own forecasting, pipeline management, and AI-powered sales productivity across global sales.

You will lead end-to-end experiences, from workflow design to executive dashboards, partnering with Sales Ops and leadership to drive measurable impact. You will define a differentiated AI roadmap, manage vendor relationships, and influence cross-functional teams up to VP level.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or GTM platforms.
• Experience building forecasting or pipeline products in a complex B2B sales environment.
• Deep, hands-on expertise across the full sales forecasting and pipeline lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and forecasting tools like Clari.

Responsibilities

• Own the forecasting and pipeline management experiences end to end, including forecast/workspace dashboards and executive surfaces.
• Define and execute the AI strategy for forecasting and pipeline, including agent-based workflows and integrations.
• Lead cross-functional discovery with sales, SalesOps, and leadership to define PRDs and success criteria.
• Manage vendor relationships and influence partner roadmaps on Autodesk's behalf.
