Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to own the strategy, vision, and execution of Pipeline Management, Forecasting, and AI-Powered Sales Productivity. This role supports a global sales force of 2,500 sellers, managers and executives.

You will lead end-to-end forecasting and pipeline experiences, define an AI strategy, and collaborate with Salesforce and Clari, delivering an AI-assisted roadmap trusted by the field.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or GTM platforms.
• Experience building forecasting or pipeline products in a complex B2B sales environment.
• Deep, hands-on expertise across the full sales forecasting and pipeline lifecycle.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and forecasting tools like Clari.
• Credible AI perspective with ability to judge trustworthiness of outputs.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication up to VP level.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for forecasting and pipeline management across segments.
• Define and prioritize scalable capabilities: pipeline creation, coverage, quality, health, and forecast explainability.
• Frame high-leverage problems through discovery with sellers and leaders, translating insights into PRDs and targets.
• Own end-to-end forecasting and pipeline experiences including dashboards and executive surfaces.
• Serve as the primary product leader accountable for maximizing value across the sales organization.
• Manage vendor relationships and influence partner roadmaps on Autodesk's behalf.
• Define and execute the AI strategy for the domain with an internal roadmap and connected agents.
• Design experiences that let sellers act on AI-driven recommendations across platforms.
