Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate leadership programs including live and virtual sessions.
• Co‑lead design and delivery of leadership development experiences.
• Use ISD processes to assess needs, define objectives, and measure impact.
• Identify tech strategies to create engaging, scalable learning.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR and leaders on organization effectiveness.
