The role requires strong leadership, DoD finance experience, and collaboration with program and contracts teams. Responsibilities include leading EAC and monthly forecasting, plus LRSP/AOP support, SOX readiness, and presenting analyses to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or Master's with 6 years in business administration, finance, accounting or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government clearance within a reasonable period.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, IBM Cognos software, COBRA.
• Data and/or financial analysis experience; EVMS/FAR/DFARS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program’s EAC/profitability process with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Coordinate monthly financial forecasting, reporting, and sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare cash flow, working capital, AR forecasting, and invoicing tracking.
• Analyze variances for leadership and explain impacts to financials.
• Support LRSP and AOP development, financial modeling, and ad hoc analyses.
• Mentor analysts and drive efficiency improvements in processes.
