Job summary

You will convert theory into practical strategies, driving talent reviews, leadership development, and organizational change initiatives across large programs.

The role requires consulting expertise, data literacy, and strong stakeholder management to deliver measurable business outcomes. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Adult Learning, or a related field; will consider 9+ years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with WSD HR and business teams to implement talent strategies and programs such as talent reviews and leadership development.
• Develop and deliver practical, business-focused initiatives, tools, and education programs for career mobility and high-performing teams.
• Use data analytics to identify gaps, provide data-driven recommendations, and track metrics related to people outcomes.
• Provide expert consulting and coaching to the WSD HR team with high-touch guidance on talent solutions.
• Design and facilitate leader interventions, training, and workshops to meet business needs.
• Drive participation in development programs and manage projects with strong change management discipline.
