Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Adult Learning, or related field.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Adult Learning, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting/business partnering experience.
• Minimum 2 years designing and implementing talent programs.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong data literacy and ability to visualize metrics for executives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with WSD HR and business teams to implement talent strategies and programs.
• Develop and execute strategic, practical initiatives and education programs for career mobility and leadership development.
• Utilize data analytics to identify gaps, track metrics, and provide recommendations.
• Provide expert consulting and high-touch guidance to the WSD HR team.
• Develop leader interventions, training, and workshops to meet business needs.
• Manage cohort development programs as projects with strong change management discipline.
