Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Organizational Effectiveness Representative to partner with WSD HR. This role converts theory into practical strategies for business priorities, focusing on talent reviews, leadership development, and succession planning.

The position is co-located with the WSD Business and requires up to 25% travel. The candidate will drive strategic initiatives, build tools, and educate teams while leveraging data to improve organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Adult Learning, or related field; or Master's with 3+ years
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational interventions from assessment to implementation
• Experience in designing and implementing talent programs and change management initiatives
• 2+ years in consulting/business partnering delivering strategic HR solutions
• Ability to travel up to 25% and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with WSD HR and business teams to implement talent strategies and programs
• Develop education programs for career mobility and leadership development
• Use data analytics to identify gaps and track metrics
• Provide consulting and coaching to the WSD HR team
• Develop leader interventions and workshops as needed
• Manage projects with strong change management discipline
