Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Principal/Senior Principal Organizational Effectiveness Representative to lead talent and organizational change initiatives within the Defense Systems sector. This role advises on programs spanning leadership development, succession, and workforce analytics while partnering with WSD HR to translate theory into practical business solutions.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Readiness and may be co-located across multiple sites with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's with 3+ years in HR, Talent Management, Adult Learning, or related field.
Will consider 9+ years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree requirement.
Experience leading organizational interventions from assessment to implementation.
Experience designing and implementing talent programs and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with WSD HR and business teams to implement talent strategies and programs.
Develop education programs to enable career mobility and leadership development.
Use data analytics to identify gaps and track organizational metrics.
Provide expert consulting and coaching to the WSD HR team.
Create leader interventions, trainings, and workshops to meet business needs.
Manage cohort programs as projects with strong change-management discipline.
