The position emphasizes data‑driven decision making, leadership development, and cross‑functional collaboration across large programs, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Adult Learning, or related field; Master’s with 3+ years also acceptable.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational interventions from assessment to implementation.
• Broad experience applying best practices in organization, team and leadership effectiveness to address business issues and enhance employee performance.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting/business partnering experience, offering strategic HR or talent solutions to business challenges, with the demonstrated ability to scope problems, recommend practical solutions, gain client buy-in, and deliver results.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and implementing talent programs, with expertise in strategic talent management, performance management, organizational change management, adult learning, instructional design, or organizational development.
• Minimum 2 years large-scale change initiatives to support business strategy with demonstrated proficiency in creating resources and tools for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with WSD HR and business teams to implement talent strategies and programs.
• Develop and execute strategic, practical initiatives, tools, and education programs for career mobility and leadership development.
• Utilize data analytics to identify gaps, provide data-driven recommendations, and track people and organizational outcomes.
• Provide expert consulting, coaching, and support to the WSD HR team with high-touch guidance.
• Develop and facilitate leader interventions, training, and workshops to meet business needs.
• Manage cohort and development programs as projects with strong change management discipline.
