Job summary

The role partners with HR and leadership to implement programs, assess organizational needs, and deliver practical solutions.

The position requires strong consulting experience, data literacy, and the ability to lead large-scale change initiatives while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Talent Management, Adult Learning or related field with 5+ years of experience; Master’s with 3+ years accepted.
• Experience leading organizational interventions from assessment to implementation.
• Experience applying best practices in organization, team and leadership effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with WSD HR to implement talent strategies and programs.
• Develop education programs that facilitate career mobility and leadership transformation.
• Use data analytics to identify gaps and track people-related metrics.
• Provide coaching and expert guidance to the WSD HR team on talent solutions.
• Create leader interventions, training, and workshops as needed.
• Manage cohort and development programs as projects with strong change management.
