Northrop Grumman is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant to partner with leaders on diagnostics, design, and change initiatives within the Human Resources Talent and Organization Effectiveness team. You will engage executives and managers through interviews and working sessions to identify challenges and co-create practical solutions.

You will work with program managers and engineering leaders to clarify goals, design structures, and support leader-owned, sustainable changes.

Formación

• Senior Principal Organization Effectiveness Consultant with senior-level expertise in HR or related field.
• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years or Master’s degree plus 6+ years; 12+ years considered in lieu of degree.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor to HR Leaders and program managers.
• Lead organizational diagnostics via interviews, focus groups, and assessments.
• Design and facilitate sessions to improve strategy alignment and team effectiveness.
• Assist with organization design: clarify objectives, roles, spans and layers, and governance.
• Develop and execute change management plans emphasizing leader engagement.
• Prioritize OE efforts with HR and business leaders and align with sector strategies.
• Use data to reinforce recommendations while keeping them practical.
• Create clear presentations and written materials of themes and actions.
