Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree with 6–8 years of relevant experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Advanced consulting skills with ability to scope problems, gain client buy-in, and deliver results
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational interventions from assessment to implementation
• Broad experience applying best practices in organization, team and leadership effectiveness
• Experience leading large-scale change initiatives to support business strategy
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership and team engagements
• Strong business acumen with focus on talent processes and tools to accelerate results
• Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning and handling multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills in virtual and in-person environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to HR Leaders, business leaders, and program managers on organization effectiveness and change leadership.
• Lead qualitative organization diagnostics (interviews, focus groups, assessments) to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Design and facilitate sessions with leaders and teams to build trust, clarity, and effective ways of working.
• Support organization design by clarifying objectives, roles, spans and layers, decision rights, and governance.
• Develop and execute change management approaches with stakeholder planning and leadership toolkits.
• Partner with HR and leaders to prioritize OE efforts and align with sector strategies.
• Use data to supplement insights and strengthen recommendations.
• Create clear, compelling presentations and written materials synthesizing themes and actions.
• Maintain knowledge of OE practices and adapt frameworks to MS context and engineering environments.
