Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant to partner with leaders on diagnostics, design, team effectiveness, and change management within our Talent and Organization Effectiveness (T&OE) team.

You will act as a strategic advisor and facilitator, engaging leaders through interviews, focus groups, and working sessions to clarify goals, design structures, and support change. This full‑time role reports to the Manager, Organization Transformation for MS.

Qualifications

• Senior Principal OE Consultant with HR or related field experience.
• Strong consulting, scoping problems, gaining buy‑in, and delivering results.
• Experience leading organizational interventions from assessment to implementation.
• Broad experience in organization, team and leadership effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Leaders and program managers on OE.
• Lead qualitative organization diagnostics via interviews and focus groups.
• Design and facilitate sessions to align strategy, roles and teaming.
• Support org design by clarifying objectives, roles, spans and governance.
• Develop and execute change management with stakeholder planning.
• Prioritize OE efforts with leaders and ensure alignment with strategies.
• Use data to support insights and strengthen recommendations.
• Create presentations and written materials for diverse audiences.
• Maintain current knowledge of OE practices and adapt to MS context.
