Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Test and Validation Engineer for Manufacturing Design in Tucson, AZ, onsite. You will drive test strategy, influence program decisions, and lead manufacturing test solutions across multiple programs from development through production.

The role requires a Bachelor's in STEM and 10+ years' experience with strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven decision making. Security clearance and US citizenship are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM is typically required.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/test engineering.
• Experience defining test strategies across programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the manufacturing test authority across multiple programs.
• Lead the implementation and maturation of production test solutions.
• Define enterprise-level test strategies and architecture, driving readiness and improvements.
• Mentor MDTEs and PTEs; lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Support security clearance processes and compliance.
