Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) is typically required.
• Leadership experience in a fast paced technical or manufacturing environment.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to drive decisions on manufacturing test strategy.
• Experience with factory Test Equipment development and prove-in processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance.
• Active US government issued Secret security clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the manufacturing test authority across multiple programs.
• Lead the implementation of production manufacturing test solutions.
• Define enterprise-level test strategies and architecture; drive readiness and improvements.
• Manage large-scale design and improvements to manufacturing processes.
• Recommend engineering design requirements for manufacturing processes.
• Ensure quality control procedures evaluate products effectively.
• Lead Continuous Process Improvements using Six Sigma/CORE principles.
• Apply test engineering skills across the value stream to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate to influence business decisions from design to production.
• Mentor MDTEs and PTEs and lead cross-functional initiatives.
