Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead Go-to-Market systems efforts. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for sales tech projects, collaborating with GTM leaders, data teams, and engineering to transform processes and enable scalable growth.

You’ll drive adoption of new capabilities, measure impact with KPIs, and align with executives on priorities. This role reports into the Go-to-Market Strategy org and supports major GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience across GTM systems, Enterprise SaaS tech, and AI tooling.
• Strong fluency with Salesforce, marketing automation, data enrichment, lead routing & scoring, billing, or customer lifecycle tools.
• Excellent cross-functional influence and executive communication; data-driven decision making.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with continuous shaping and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap and architecture for our sales teams focused on growing advertiser base.
• Deeply understand problems faced by sellers and advertisers, identify opportunities to automate and improve the experience.
• Build best-in-class tools that improve seller productivity in areas like account planning and health scoring.
• Improve data foundations to power our AI-first strategy: entity resolution, enrichment, data orchestration.
• Use experiments, metrics, and customer feedback to measure impact on seller efficiency and revenue.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, vendors, systems owners, and business stakeholders.
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable product capabilities, PRDs, success metrics, and priorities.
