Job summary
Reddit is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to support the global sales organization within the Go-to-Market Systems team. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for sales technology projects that drive transformation, collaborating with GTM leaders, data teams, and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into scalable solutions.
Based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York, you will define the product roadmap for sales tooling aimed at growing the advertiser base
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in GTM systems and Enterprise SaaS.
- Fluent with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and executive communication.
- Analytical mindset with KPI definition and data-driven prioritization.
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and architecture for GTM systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate seller workflows.
- Build tools to improve seller productivity (planning, health scoring, CRM).
- Improve data foundations for AI-first strategy.
- Lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Translate GTM needs into PRDs and priorities.
- Drive adoption and change management across GTM.
