Responsibilities

• Own the change enablement strategy for the GTM transformation program, defining the overall approach, sequencing, and readiness plan that aligns with milestones.
• Serve as a senior spokesperson for change enablement to GTM leadership and key stakeholders, building networks to secure sponsorship and alignment.
• Shape objectives and approach for critical GTM initiatives, determining the right methodology and engagement model.
• Define persona-based enablement campaigns for GTM audiences to ensure messaging and training resonate.
• Champion the responsible use of AI in enablement and GTM tools, including AI-assisted selling and forecasting.
