Stantec in Florida seeks a Senior Principal, Account Manager & Corridor Program Leader to guide the statewide transportation team from Tampa or other Florida offices. You will drive growth, manage top- and bottom-line results, and lead major corridor projects with cross-disciplinary teams across the state.

Qualificações

• Experience leading large transportation projects in Florida preferred.
• Strong ability to grow client base and win new work.
• Proven cross-discipline leadership and project delivery excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accounts for major clients.
• Achieve marketing and business development (MBD) sales goals.
• Lead and participate in key pursuits and campaigns.
• Work with the Infrastructure BC Leadership and other Business Line Leaders to drive the client relationship strategy.
• Identify priorities and strategic opportunities based on market research and client relationships.
• Expand client base and develop win strategies, pursuit plans, and proposals.
• Lead Go/No Go reviews and monitor compliance in processes.
• Maintain the Opportunity Pipeline for MBD efforts.
• Increase visibility by sharing knowledge and driving revenue.
