Stantec seeks a Senior Principal, Account Manager & Corridor Program Leader - Florida to guide the statewide transportation team. You will drive top- and bottom-line growth, lead major client accounts, and help shape strategic pursuits across Florida, including Orlando and other offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• FL PE license or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, project management and Transportation engineering.
• Extensive FDOT experience; regional expressway background preferred.
• Alternative Project Delivery experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts for major Florida clients and pursue strategic opportunities.
• Drive marketing and business development goals and campaigns.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow the Florida transportation business.
• Staff and mentor teams; ensure project delivery and QAQC.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and proposals.
