Stantec in Florida is seeking a Senior Principal, Account Manager & Corridor Program Leader to guide the statewide transportation team from Jacksonville or other Florida offices. This role is responsible for top- and bottom-line growth and leads the Florida transportation business across major corridor projects.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure Regional Business and Growth Leaders to deliver client strategies, win new work, and ensure delivery excellence while upholding safety culture

• Lead accounts for major clients.
• Achieve marketing and business development sales goals.
• Lead and participate in key pursuits and campaigns.
• Work with Infrastructure BC Leadership to drive client relationship strategy.
• Expand client base and develop win strategies, pursuit plan and proposals, including cross-selling with other Business Lines.
• Lead the Go/No Go Review process and track compliance of the Go/No Go Process.
• Utilize, maintain, and monitor the Stantec Opportunity Pipeline for all M&BD efforts.
• Increase visibility of Stantec by sharing knowledge and innovation with clients and industry.
