Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Principal, Account Manager & Corridor Program Leader - Florida. Your role leads the statewide transportation team, driving top- and bottom-line growth across Florida.

Based in a Florida office, you’ll guide large corridor projects and client relationships while collaborating with regional leaders to sustain operational excellence. You will oversee cross-discipline delivery, mentor staff, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• FL PE license or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of employment.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, project management and Transportation engineering.
• Extensive FDOT experience is required; background with regional expressway authorities is preferred.
• Alternative Project Delivery experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts for major clients.
• Achieve marketing and business development sales goals.
• Lead and participate in key pursuits and campaigns.
• Work with leadership to drive the client relationship strategy.
• Identify priorities and opportunities; expand client base and cross-sell.
