Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Principal, Account Manager & Corridor Program Leader - Florida to lead the statewide transportation team. You will be accountable for top- and bottom-line results and will drive growth of the Florida transportation business.

The role can be based in any Florida office including Coral Gables, Miami, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Lake Mary, Tampa, or Jacksonville. You will work with Infrastructure Regional Leaders and Florida business lines to deliver large corridor

• Senior leadership experience in transportation programs in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts for major clients in Florida's transportation sector.
• Drive marketing and business development goals for the Florida corridor practice.
• Lead and participate in key pursuits and campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure BC Leadership and other Leaders to define client relationship strategy.
• Manage cross-discipline project communication and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support staffing, talent development, and organizational leadership for the Florida practice.
