Stantec is seeking a Senior Principal, Account Manager & Corridor Program Leader – Florida to lead the statewide transportation team, drive growth, and deliver large corridor projects across the state. You will collaborate with Infrastructure Regional Business and Growth Leaders and other Florida business lines to expand client relationships and ensure successful project execution.

You will work with local offices including Coral Gables, Miami, West Palm Beach, Orlando, Lake Mary, Tampa, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, project management, and transportation engineering.
• Extensive FDOT experience required; background with regional expressway authorities preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead accounts for major clients and drive top-line growth in Florida.
• Meet marketing and business development goals and lead key pursuits.
• Oversee Go/No Go reviews and manage proposal efforts across Florida projects.
• Expand client base and cross-sell with other service lines to grow the corridor program.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team and ensure project delivery and QA/QC.
