Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst Level 3 to support the IBCS program within the Global Supply Chain Organization. You will help budget, plan, and report on a $70M–$100M material budget for Major End Items and ensure EVMS compliance.

Responsibilities include cost performance reporting, variance analysis, weekly material reporting, and EAC development, leveraging SAP MRP and EVMS methodologies to keep baselines intact.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma with 9+ years related experience, or Bachelor's with 5+ years, or Master's with 3+ years.
  • Experience with EVMS and CAM monthly reporting.
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar MRP tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Interface with CAMs and provide EV cost/schedule data monthly for the IBCS program.
  • Prepare cost performance reporting and variance analyses.
  • Generate weekly material reports and develop EAC analyses.
  • Utilize EVMS to maintain cost/schedule baselines and perform reconciliations.
  • Support WBS development, EVA methodologies, and recovery plans.
  • Create financial charts for program reviews and cost impact assessments.
