• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with licensure in WA and OR.
• 15+ years in managing infrastructure projects and leading teams.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Drive business development and expand opportunities across WA and OR.
