Apex Companies is hiring a Senior Principal Engineer Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across Washington and Oregon. You will shape strategy with regional teams, mentor engineers, and drive client engagement while ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of progressive experience managing transportation projects in WA and OR.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in WA and OR or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding $3 million annually.
• Drive business development and capture over $2 million in annual WA/OR opportunities.
• Serve as Project Manager and/or Principal-in-Charge from planning through construction.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
