You will shape circuit and subsystem architecture and drive critical design decisions across engineering disciplines. Bring deep circuit expertise, a proven track record from architecture to silicon validation, and the ability to mentor teams.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive analog/mixed-signal IC design experience and 100G+ high-speed circuit design.
• Proven track record delivering designs from architecture to silicon.
• Strong debugging and cross-disciplinary technical problem solving.
• Excellent technical communication and cross-team influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits and SerDes IP.
• Define circuit approaches for 100G+ SerDes PHYs.
• Solve design issues via first-principles analysis, modeling, and silicon investigations.
• Lead technical reviews across architecture, analog/mixed-signal, digital, layout, and validation.
• Drive design closure including post-layout verification and silicon correlation.
• Identify opportunities for architectural innovation and design automation.
• Contribute to roadmaps, planning, and risk mitigation for SerDes products.
• Promote rigorous engineering practices and knowledge sharing.
