Qualifikationen

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
• Experience with 100G+ high-speed circuits.
• Strong transistor-level design, simulation, and optimization.
• Ability to drive designs through implementation and verification.

Aufgaben

• Own design and development of complex analog/mixed-signal circuits for high-speed SerDes and foundation IP.
• Translate system-level specs into circuit architectures and targets.
• Evaluate alternatives and optimize performance, power, area, noise and bandwidth.
• Lead transistor-level design, modeling, simulation, verification, and post-layout closure.
• Drive technical reviews and communicate design trade-offs to engineers.
• Support silicon bring-up, characterization, and root-cause analysis.
