Upscale, Inc. is building a world-class SerDes engineering team to enable next-generation connectivity for AI data centers and high-performance computing.

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Principal Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced SerDes transmitter circuits. You will own critical blocks from architecture through tape-out and silicon validation, working with cross-functional teams to deliver leading-edge high-speed interconnect technology.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in high-speed SerDes transmitters or similar.
• Experience with CMOS technologies and silicon validation.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture and design of high-speed SerDes transmitter circuits.
• Drive clock generation, distribution, and timing optimization.
• Develop high-speed DACs and time-interleaved architectures.
• Calibrate high-speed time-interleaved DACs for accuracy.
• Design high-speed output drivers and impedance matching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for silicon validation.
