We are seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced SerDes transmitter circuits for AI data centers. You will own blocks from architecture through tape-out and silicon validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge interconnect technology.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in high-speed SerDes transmitter design and mixed-signal ICs.
• Deep knowledge of clocking, DACs, output drivers, and calibration.
• Experience leading complex IC projects from architecture to tape-out.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of high-speed SerDes transmitter circuits.
• Drive clocking generation, distribution, and timing optimization.
• Lead high-speed DAC development with time-interleaved architectures.
• Develop and optimize calibration techniques for time-interleaved DACs.
• Design high-speed output drivers (current- and voltage-mode).
• Develop bandwidth-extension techniques using passive networks and inductors/impedances.
• Apply EM tools to analyze passive structures and interconnects.
• Collaborate with receivers, clocking, layout, and silicon validation teams.
• Drive simulations, design reviews, and silicon characterization.
