Job summary

RTX in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer for a 100% on-site role. The position requires a U.S. government issued security clearance (DoD Secret) and at least 5 years of professional electrical engineering experience, with a preference for 8+ years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Experience with electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, analysis, and test.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon products within the Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) Directorate.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, and cabling; create technical drawings and schematics.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects; work to resolve issues in test product development.
