Job summary

RTX in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a lead engineer to drive multi-discipline design, development, and integration of test products for Raytheon RTX systems. You will guide teams across engineering disciplines, oversee test system development, and ensure program milestones are met.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, 10+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years, and strong leadership in test product environments. Onsite in Tucson, AZ with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Proven experience with electrical engineering design/analysis tools.
Experience with analog, digital, and RF design.
Experience with digital/mixed-signal interconnects.
Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.
STEM degree; 7–10 years of relevant experience or advanced degree +7.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-discipline engineering teams in design, development, and integration of Raytheon test products.
Oversee development of engineering and production test systems and interfaces.
Manage technical cost and schedule for assigned projects.
Resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.
