You will drive digital design, architecture, and integration efforts for complex subsystems, with CAM responsibilities where applicable, and support early development phases.

Applicants should have a STEM degree and 10+ years in analog/digital/power electronics, with proven leadership in complex subsystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in analog, digital, and power electronics design and production support.
• Ability to decompose high-level requirements into actionable designs.
• Experience with digital subsystems, architecture, and requirement validation.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital design efforts for development guidance systems (FPGA-based).
• Manage program execution including cost, schedule, and technical oversight.
• Support component-level design and test reviews.
• Mentor and be mentored within a strong engineering culture.
• Collaborate with functional, program management, customers, and suppliers.
• Travel up to ~25%.
