The role requires 10+ years in Digital/Analog/Power electronics, DoD Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship. Travel up to 25% is possible; relocation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in analog, digital, and power electronics design and integration.
• Subsystem architectural design and requirement development experience.
• Active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital design efforts for development guidance systems.
• Architect the guidance subsystem through trade studies and requirements decomposition.
• Oversee program execution including cost, schedule and technical oversight.
• Support component level design and test reviews.
• Mentor teammates and collaborate with management, customers and suppliers.
• Travel ~25% as needed.
