Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior Pricing Manager to develop pricing and cost estimates for large, strategic procurements and to lead formal proposals. You will collaborate with technical researchers, program managers, and leaders to evaluate the competitive landscape, mitigate financial risk, and craft sound pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus six years' experience or a master's plus five years is required.
• Pricing cost plus fixed fee, firm fixed price, and T&M contracts for the US federal government.
• Experience pricing research and development efforts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with price and cost proposal preparation and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Review solicitations and lead cost/price strategy development for proposals.
• Author cost and business volume sections and ensure high-quality submissions.
• Assess financial terms, risks, deliverables, warranties, and IP in contracts and advise mitigation.
• Negotiate fixed fees and justify pricing to customers aligned with contract type and risks.
• Ensure consistency of cost estimates with pricing assumptions and performance risk.
• Support audits and maintain pricing templates with relevant offices.
