Job summary

DT Professional Services is seeking a collaborative Proposal Pricing Analyst to own pricing strategy for government proposals from pre-RFP through submission. You’ll work closely with teammates across business development, capture, contracts, finance, and operations to build compliant, competitive, and well-documented pricing.

You’ll help ensure pricing decisions support both regulatory requirements and business goals, balancing competitiveness, compliance, and smart risk-taking throughout the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in pricing for government proposals.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS cost principles and compliance requirements.
• Experience with certifications for Cost or Pricing Data.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost and price models for government proposals.
• Ensure compliance with FAR 15.403/15.408 and TINA requirements.
• Prepare pricing narratives, cost volumes, and supporting docs.
• Support audits, negotiations, and risk assessment with legal teams.
• Maintain pricing templates and participate in proposal reviews.
