Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a Sr. Manager of Pricing & Estimating in the Supply Chain group. You will oversee pricing proposals for government and commercial customers, lead cross-functional input, and ensure compliant, well-supported pricing strategies and financial analyses.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to meet deadlines in a detail-driven environment. Experience with OTA, FAR, DFARS, CAS and ProPricer is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field with 10+ years of related experience.
• Aerospace & Defense industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS and CAS with emphasis on pricing proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and mentor direct reports using a formal performance management process.
• Plan and manage schedules, objectives, and activities of the department.
• Apply knowledge of government and commercial job costing in engineering development and manufacturing.
• Analyze proposal bills of materials, labor data, pricing and estimating practices.
