Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus six years of experience, or a master's with five years.
• Three years pricing for federal government contracts (cost, price, and T&M).
• Experience pricing R&D efforts and Basis of Estimates (BOE) development.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with price strategy presentations to executives.
• Advanced Excel and Word experience.
• U.S. citizenship due to research contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and cost estimates for large, complex procurements.
• Collaborate with researchers, program managers, and proposal teams to evaluate competitiveness and risk.
• Provide estimating guidance and mentorship to the team.
• Analyze industry trends, resources costs, and pricing landscapes.
• Monitor pricing performance and escalate risks or issues.
• Support audits and maintain proposal audit files and estimating system.
• Manage pricing templates with Contracts and Grants Office for compliance.
