Job summary

BP is seeking a highly analytical Senior Pricing Analyst to join the Supply, Trading & Shipping group. This role focuses on developing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share, while enhancing the customer experience.

You will lead pricing across product categories, analyze market trends, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to design compelling offers. This position is hybrid in a United States context with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Experience with SAP preferred Demonstrated experience in Retail Category Management and customer segmentation.
• Proficiency in customer centric thinking and customer service design principles.
• Experience with offer execution and growth initiatives.
• Ability to effectively use market research and apply findings to strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers.
• Experience with agility core practices is highly desirable.
