Job summary

BP is seeking a Sr Pricing Analyst to manage and evolve the retail energy pricing process. You will analyze pricing components, model outcomes, and coordinate with sales, IT and regulatory teams to ensure accurate, compliant pricing.

This role also involves leading a pricing team and shaping data infrastructure. You will work across departments to respond to RFPs, mentor junior analysts, and develop new product initiatives in a hybrid office/remote setup with exposure to energy markets such as

Qualifications

• Mid level experience in pricing, costing or portfolio optimization within energy.
• Undergraduate degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel, VBA and SQL knowledge.
• Experience with energy transaction management systems and data analytics tools preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pricing team pipelines and prioritization.
• Manage and develop the retail energy pricing process and pricing components.
• Price and support development of new product initiatives.
• Mentor junior pricing analysts and collaborate with regulatory teams.
• Interact with sales, IT and compliance on market rules and tariff changes.
