Job summary

DISCO seeks a senior leader to own pricing strategy, governance, and packaging architecture. You will drive financial models for major investments and partner with executives on commercial model design and strategic deals.

The role requires extensive experience in software pricing, strong Excel and BI skills, and the ability to influence across functions. This is a high-impact position based in Austin with RSU offerings and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in strategic pricing and performance for software.
• Experience owning pricing governance or leading a pricing function.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and executive presentation ability.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Governance: Sets pricing strategy and governance framework for the organization and defines packaging architecture.
• Financial Modeling & Business Cases: Designs modeling frameworks and builds business cases for major investments.
• Data Analysis & BI: Defines analytics strategy, KPI frameworks, and dashboards with BI teams.
• Commercial Systems & Deal Operations: Owns pricing systems roadmap and requirements for CRM/CPQ/billing.
• Strategic Deal Support: Analyzes enterprise deals and recommends discount levels.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Advises senior leaders on commercial strategy and alignment.
