Job summary

DISCO is seeking a Pricing & Performance Analytics Senior Manager to own the pricing strategy, governance framework, and packaging architecture. You will lead pricing approvals, build financial models, and partner with cross-functional leaders on commercial model design and strategic deals.

The role requires deep expertise in pricing governance, financial modeling, and BI tooling, with strong communication and executive-facing presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategic pricing and performance in software.
• Experience owning pricing governance or leading a pricing function.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation ability.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems.
• Experience with BI systems (Quicksight/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Governance: defines pricing strategy and governance, packaging architecture, and pricing approvals.
• Financial Modeling & Business Cases: designs models and business cases, partners with Finance on budgeting and forecasting.
• Data Analysis & BI: defines KPI frameworks and builds dashboards for pricing and product performance.
• Commercial Systems & Deal Operations: owns pricing systems roadmap and requirements for pricing changes across CRM/CPQ/billing.
• Strategic Deal Support: structures enterprise agreements and analyzes deal margins for complex discounts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: aligns with SLT, product, finance, legal, sales, and marketing on pricing go-to-market.
