Job summary

DISCO in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with business leaders, drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. You will build and consolidate annual plans, create executive dashboards, and provide insights to optimize resource allocation and strategic choices.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to analyze performance, support Investor Relations, and ensure accurate, scalable financial models in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Proficiency in advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills to build scalable revenue forecasts from scratch.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high autonomy.
• Strong presentation skills for senior management audiences.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning: Drive the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, variances, and KPIs; prepare executive dashboards.
• Go-to-Market Partnership: Partner with Sales and Marketing to analyze pipeline performance and refine revenue outlooks.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Investor Relations: Maintain and evolve financial models to support earnings preparation and long-term guidance.
