Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field.
• 5+ years as an analyst; 6+ years overall preferred.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas and reporting.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities.
• Excellent communication with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, market trends, and profitability to shape strategies.
• Prepare pricing proposals and bid submissions by deadlines.
• Develop and maintain complex Excel reports and queries.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and communicate findings.
• Track proposals through revisions and updates.
• Maintain databases for contract rates and pricing.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for major accounts.
