Block, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Analyst on the Pricing & Monetization team to shape pricing for our largest partnerships, from individual deals to portfolio targets. You will collaborate with GTM leaders to design pricing structures that maximize growth and protect margins.

You will build financial models, assess risks, and present recommendations to senior leaders, helping scale pricing processes across multiple teams in a dynamic payments landscape.

Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling skills, including building P&L and unit economics models from scratch.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and presenting analysis and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex deals: partner cross-functionally to build custom pricing and incentive proposals.
• Set pricing guardrails: design portfolio-level pricing targets and deal-level guardrails that protect margin.
• Scale the operating model: build and refine processes to price and approve large deals across teams.
• Track the market: analyze pricing trends across portfolio and payments industry and translate into recommendations.
• Present to leadership: turn complex models into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
