People Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Pricing to join the Revenue Operations team in New York. The role focuses on developing and maintaining rate cards, pricing rules, and guidelines to balance business requirements with marketplace realities.

Hybrid work with in-office 3x per week in New York, and remote up to 2 days per week. The Senior Analyst will execute pricing processes, monitor partnerships, and deliver reporting to enable profitable sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, or pricing.
• Digital media and advertising experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, maintenance, and distribution of rate cards and pricing guidelines with Sales, Account Strategy, and Revenue Operations.
• Monitor partnership rate cards with holding companies and strategic advertising partners for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain rate card matrices and provide actionable pricing insights to leadership.
