Lumen is seeking a senior pricing and monetization leader to shape promotional offers across cloud, AI, and digital product portfolios. You’ll guide long-term monetization strategy with financial modeling, cross‑functional collaboration, and governance of price design.

You will test ideas, measure success, and drive them toward strategic BAU, influencing product, engineering, and marketing to maximize customer value and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing pricing strategies including usage metering, rate structures, and unit economics.
• 6+ years in pricing, monetization strategy, financial analysis, product analytics, cloud economics, or commercial strategy.
• Experience shaping pricing/monetization for cloud platforms, SaaS, AI-enabled products, APIs, or digital ecosystems.
• Advanced proficiency with financial modeling, SQL, Python, BI tools and analytics methods.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling and stakeholder management across senior audiences.
• Experience guiding complex initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead promotional pricing strategy, rate design, and governance.
• Develop scalable motions that can be tested and evolved.
• Align pricing architecture with customer value, usage, product strategy, and growth.
• Identify new revenue opportunities to maximize network value.
• Build financial models evaluating unit economics, margins, and market benchmarks.
• Use analytics and cohort modeling to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Partner with product, engineering, finance, sales, and marketing to translate capabilities into offers.
• Advise stakeholders on tradeoffs, risks, and best practices for cloud/AI monetization.
• Present executive-ready business cases linking pricing to value and growth.
