Lumen is seeking a senior pricing and monetization leader to shape offers and long-term monetization strategies across cloud, AI-enabled, and digital product portfolios. You will develop scalable monetization frameworks, guide marketing motions, and influence cross-functional strategy while testing ideas for long-term business impact.

In this role you will measure success, translate capabilities into viable offers, and collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and sales to maximize revenue

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience developing and implementing pricing strategies including usage metering and rate structures.
• Experience with unit economics and scalable monetization models.
• Advanced proficiency with financial modeling and analytics to evaluate pricing performance.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, BI tools for data-driven decisions.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management across senior audiences.
• Ability to influence decisions in large, matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Experience with enterprise cloud, SaaS, or digital ecosystems pricing.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, data analytics, CS, business, or related field.

• Lead promotional pricing strategy, rate design, and governance.
• Develop scalable and repeatable motions that can be tested and evolved.
• Align pricing architecture with customer value, usage, outcomes, and product strategy.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and maximize network value.
• Build financial models and evaluate margins, customer behavior, and market benchmarks.
• Use analytics and cohort modeling to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Partner with product, engineering, finance, sales, and marketing to translate capabilities into offers.
• Advise stakeholders on tradeoffs, risks, and best practices for cloud and AI monetization.
• Present executive-ready business cases linking pricing to growth.
